Sales Material

Upon receipt of our pre-priced order forms, please ensure thatthe organizer has read all the material provided with the kit.

Meeting

Have a meeting with your group to hand out the order forms provided. It is recommended that everyone in the group is knowledgeable of the product that they are selling. In order to make things simple and to avoid mistakes all our order takers are priced.

How many Programs?

We strongly recommend that you run a single program at a time. It has been proven that you will make far more money when concentrating on one order form instead of two or three. There will be less administration work and you will make more sales.

Have a financial goal

Every participant must know how much money they need to raise and how many sales they need in order to reach that goal. Encourage all the participant on how can they achieve their goals. Suggest to them that they ask their neighbours, friends and relatives to support their fundraising effort.

Have a deadline

Specify the beginning and the ending date of the campaign and stick to it. This will avoid for the campaign to be dragged on and your customers will get better service. We recommend a two weeks blitz.

Have a customer pay when they order

Collecting at the time the order is placed will simplify your book-keeping and save time and confusion when product arrives.

Have an incentive program

Offer everyone an opportunity to be recognized for their effort, it is a good idea to discuss with the group the rewards waiting at the end of a successful campaign. For example: Everyone who sells 10 or more units will qualify to come to a pizza party.

Kick it off with a bang

The leader should show enthusiasm and excitement. Remember all our products are staple products that we use every day and they are priced right. We can assure you that your supporters will love our products. Keep the group energy level high.

At the end of your campaign

Gather all totals, complete the Master Order Form provided and fax it or e-mail it to us. We recommend that you add extra product to your order in case there is some late orders or any miscalculations . Please ensure that you have a physical address for the delivery driver.

Processing your order

Upon receipt of your Master Order, we will process your order and you can expect delivery usually within fourteen days. De Simone Farms will be in contact with you, giving you a delivery time, for to eight days in advance. Once the date and time has been set, we suggest you send out a notice to your customers to arrange for a pickup-time.

Unloading

Please remember that the deliveries are done with big commercial trucks (tractor-trailer) so it is important that the delivery location is accessible to big trucks. Organize a group of people to help unload. Unload in a organized fashion. Stack all product in an appropriate cool room, each variety in different piles, this will make it easier to count. Please count your oder with the delivery driver and any discrepancies must be noted on the invoice when signed.

Customer pick-up

Customers picking up their order should be told to arrive at least one hour after scheduled truck arrival. This gives some flexibility in case the truck is delayed.

Customer satisfaction

It is very important to De Simone Farms that your customers are satisfied. If there is a problem we will be glad to make it right. This is our guarantee.
